For an oversea such as Reunion Island, the development and diversification of air services as an exclusive means of mobility is in the general interest.
Therefore, the "Société Anonyme Aéroport de la Réunion Roland Garros" (SA ARRG) has included in its strategic plan "WELCOME 2017-2022" a major objective to "open up Réunion to the world by diversifying the offer", aiming in particular at opening new air routes.

- 27 000 m²  on 4 levels and an additionnal 20 500m² for the arrivals terminal under construction

- 6 police checkpoints and a PARAFE automated control system
 

Freight Terminal to handle up to 40'000 tons per year
