An airport for 3.2 million passengers and a magnificent showcase for Reunion Island

A major part of the local infrastructure that works to make its territory more attractive, La Réunion Roland Garros Airport revealed the “Terminal 2022” project on Thursday 28 June. An innovative design and a strong sense of place identity are planned for this new terminal, which will be bioclimatic and offer views of the island’s superb mountains.  The new terminal is a flagship project in the WELCOME 2017-2022 strategic plan. It will be able to serve 3.2 million passengers and offer quality of service that meets the highest international standards, a wider and more diverse range of shops and services, smooth-flowing, intuitive routes through the terminal and even more comfort for its passengers.
